Oakville SST's Basketball Personalized Strength and Conditioning

This training program is specifically designed for the strength and conditioning requirements for the sport of basketball.

We start of with an initial Fitness Assessment (1 hour) consisting of muscle testing to evaluate:

  • The athlete's physical abilities
  • Potential weaknesses or potential for injury
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Strength
  • Flexibility

Next up - Program design and Instruction session to walk the athlete through his/her personalized program for the 1st time and to gain a sound undestandingof te SST way of training".

Athletes can choose to attend Personal Training Sessions (1 Trainer:1 Athlete) or Group Training Sessions (1 Trainer: Maximum 8 Athletes).
